Greg helped us out when we encountered an emergency. We contacted him in the morning and he arrived within hours (directly following a heavy snowstorm with many others who needed emergency assistance that same day). When we woke up to find our kitchen full of water and a constant drip from the top of our cabinets, Greg and his apprentice worked diligently to figure out the problem and did not stop until they found it. Greg was extremely knowledgeable, professional, clean, and efficient with his time. We will continue to use Greg for any of our plumbing needs and trust that we will be in good hands. Greg did routine service today on my tankless heater. He discovered a dangerous gas leak on the unit. He made sure everything was corrected and safe. Very conscientious and reliable. Highly recommend him.
